Step into the world of STEM, medicine and healthcare! At Little Medical School’s Career Heroes Camp, young explorers will discover the exciting possibilities of medical and science careers. Through hands-on activities, role-play, and real medical tools, campers will experience what it’s like to be doctors, nurses, dentists, forensic and experimental scientists, veterinarians, nutritionists, and paramedics!
Campers will learn about science based careers. They will practice essential skills like suturing, reading X-rays, performing mock surgeries, conducting dental exams, learning about healthy nutrition and patient care, solving crimes and performing experiments to learn how things work. Along the way, they’ll learn the teamwork, compassion, and critical thinking it takes to be a true science and healthcare hero.
Whether they’re dreaming of saving lives in an ER, helping children grow healthy and strong, teaching good dental habits, or solving crimes this camp inspires a new generation of leaders!
