We have volunteer and paid positions available!<\/p>\n<p>We are looking for motivated individuals to lead a series of one hour classes featuring interactive demonstrations, crafts and games, which will teach kids how the body and organs work, know the instruments that real doctors use, apply first aid procedures, tie knots like real surgeons and much more!<\/p>\n<p>Whether you are looking for a fantastic opportunity to enhance your resume, receive credit hours for your educational programs, or if you are looking for a fun way to increase your current income &#8211; Little Medical School is the place for you!<\/p>\n<p>We offer ideal job and volunteer opportunities for pre-med school and nursing students. A medical background is not necessary. Previous experience working with children is preferred. All instructors and volunteers must undergo background checks at the request of the school districts we serve.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/littlemedicalschool.com\/locationtemplate\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/86\/2019\/12\/join-team.png\" alt=\"join-team\" itemprop=\"image\" height=\"561\" width=\"858\" title=\"join-team\" onerror=\"this.style.display='none'\"  \/>\n<h2>\n\t\tInstructors:\n\t<\/h2>\n\t<p><em>Get paid to lead interactive health and medicine related classes for Pre-K to Middle School students.<\/em><\/p>\n<p>An instructor is responsible for the supervision and management of the classroom while supporting Little Medical School\u00ae goals and outcomes. Working with the afterschool coordinator, the instructor carries out daily activities, provides feedback on the program and activities, and ensures the safety and physical well-being of the children.<\/p>\nDo you feel that you would be a good fit for Little Medical School? If so, fill out and submit the following application.<br \/>\nWe will be in contact with you shortly!\n\t\t\t<a href=\"\/miamimetro\/instructor-application\/\" target=\"_self\" role=\"button\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\tINSTRUCTOR APPLICATION\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/a>\n<h2>\n\t\tKey Duties\n\t<\/h2>\n\t<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Ensuring a safe and healthy environment<\/li>\n<li>Participating in regular cleaning of materials and classroom spaces<\/li>\n<li>Creating a welcoming and youth friendly classroom space<\/li>\n<li>Providing positive interaction with students with an emphasis on health and science<\/li>\n<li>Picking up and returning supplies to the LMS coordinator<\/li>\n<li>Must have reliable transportation All training is provided, and scheduling is flexible.
