Calling all veterinarians!<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/h1>\n

Kids will learn all about becoming a veterinarian through fun and creative hands-on activities in this unique summer camp. These future veterinarians will learn the anatomy of horses, proper horse care, and more. Students will go home with models, worksheets, and their own horse plushie \u201cpatient\u201d. We will begin with a white coat ceremony and end with a graduation ceremony.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

This is an experience full of STEM-based learning, activities, and crafts.<\/p>\n

Our teachings are based on STEM principles. We aim to ignite the passion of future healthcare heroes and get them excited about how the body works, as well as the importance of health! Your child will return home with materials to show you what they learned. Of note, all the necessary materials for each class are provided to students.<\/p>\n

Board-certified physicians and experts in the field of child education have collaborated to write our curriculum. Our instructors are well-trained and they have an interest in health sciences and education. They will deliver fun, engaging, and interactive content. Additionally, all our instructors are background checked.<\/p>\n

Your kid will make new friends as teamwork, role-playing and collaboration are key parts of our activities. Your child will have an unforgettable time filled with lots of fun!<\/p>\n

About the location<\/span><\/b>\u00a0<\/span><\/h3>\n

Whitehaven Elementary STEM School<\/a> is a trailblazer for STEM education throughout western Tennessee. WESS immerses all students in real-world, project-based experiences in Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math. Therefore, we are happy to partner with Whitehaven Elementary STEM School for this program!<\/span><\/p>\n
