Little Medical School Summer Camps provide a fun, creative, hands-on play experience and STEM education all at once! Our programs run throughout the summer in various locations.<\/p>\n
Most camp sessions run 5 days a week, with an option of two three-hour programs per day. The schedule includes one morning session and one afternoon session with an hour lunch break. There are additional recess times throughout the program. Our summer camps include our most popular courses with an emphasis on summer fun.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\tSummer Camp Registration Form\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/a>\n Below are answers to our most frequently asked questions. If you don’t find the answer here for your question, please contact us and we’d be happy to help!<\/p>\n\t Each day includes hands-on medical and STEM activities, games, movement breaks, crafts, and engaging interactive learning experiences. Campers should bring a nut-free lunch, snacks, and a water bottle each day. A detailed email with all important information will be sent closer to the camp date.<\/p>\n\t 8:15 AM Early drop off begins;<\/p>\n 8:45 AM Regular drop off begins<\/p>\n 9:15 AM Schedule for the day, camp rules, group games<\/p>\n 10:15 AM Morning snack<\/p>\n 10:45 AM LMS Activity 1<\/p>\n 12:00 PM Lunch<\/p>\n 12:30 PM Outside time<\/p>\n 1:00 PM LMS Activity 2<\/p>\n 2:15 PM Afternoon snack<\/p>\n 2:45 PM LMS Activity 3<\/p>\n 4:00 PM Regular pick up begins<\/p>\n 4:30 PM Late pick-up begins<\/p>\n 5:00 PM End of camp day<\/p>\n\t All LMS Region of Waterloo Camps are nut-aware. We ask all families provide peanut and nut-free lunches and snacks. Staff do not monitor compliance.<\/p>\n All LMS Region of Waterloo Instructors are First Aid & CPR certified. If your child requires medication, staff are not authorized to administer medication and may only assist a child in the event of life-threatening medical emergency such as: use of an Epi-Pen, use of Glucagon in the event of severe hypoglycemia and use of an inhaler during a severe asthmatic event.<\/p>\n If your child is experiencing cold and\/or flu-like symptoms please do not send your child to camp. Absences from camp due to illness are not refundable.<\/p>\n\t This policy applies to all LMS\u00a0 Region of Waterloo Camps, camps run with community partners have their own policies.<\/p>\n Refund requests made 30 days prior to camp start date will receive a full refund.<\/p>\n Refund request made 14 days prior to camp start date will receive a 50% refund.<\/p>\n Participants may switch to a different camp provided at least 7 days notice and this is subject to availability.<\/p>\n To request a refund or location\/week switch please contact lore.magda@littlemedicalschool.com.<\/p>\n\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":" Join our Little Medical School Summer Camps!
