Teen Medical School Summer Camp $350

Thinking about a career in medicine?

Camp participants will explore and role-play the key responsibilities of a doctor and how to administer first aid in emergency situations. These future doctors will learn about lung disease, how to perform CPR and the Heimlich maneuver, broken bones, hypothermia, how to use a stethoscope, snake bites, discuss the steps to becoming a doctor and more.

Gear up for an action-packed adventure at our First Responders Camp! From mastering life-saving First Aid to conquering the art of Tourniquets, delving into the world of EMT/Paramedics, busting out CPR & Heimlich maneuvers, tackling Hypothermia challenges, navigating Pharmacy Emergencies, broken bones, to the grand finale of Graduation - this camp is your ticket to becoming a real-life hero! Join us for a week of fun, learning, and life-saving thrills!

Wilderness Medicine Camp

Conquer the great outdoors!

Camp participants will role-play emergency situations in the wild, and learn how to prepare for natural disasters and animal encounters. These future emergency medics will learn about snake bites, hypothermia, tourniquets, wild animal safety, how to read a compass, edible plants, distress signals, forest fires, tornadoes, common bug bites, and more.

 

Sports Medicine Camp

Keep your favorite player in the game!

In our Sports Medicine Camp, students will role-play the key responsibilities of a sports medicine physician through learning about cramping, Athlete's Foot, why we sweat, hand and knee injuries, hydration, stretching, concussions, and more.

Forensics Camp

Discover how shows like CSI and forensic investigators dive into DNA, that can be helpful for solving crimes. Students will conduct experiments on fingerprinting, collecting shoeprints, chromatography, composite drawing, facial reconstruction, toxicology, and handwriting analysis. The class culminates in the forensic student team working together to solve a crime.

 

Future Physicians School

Where curiosity meets medical knowledge! Adventure Embark on an incredible voyage into the world of anatomy! Teen medical enthusiasts will take on the role of a doctor. Activities include using tools like stethoscopes, blood pressure cuffs, and reflex hammers, understanding the role of pharmacists in medication administration, and exploring the intricacies of vital organs in the human body. Dive into the exciting world of medicine and you'll be on your way to becoming a medical maestro!
