Descriptions
Little Veterinarian School- Canine-
After "adopting" their very own plush puppy, students will role-play the key responsibilities of a veterinarian, including how to properly perform a nose-to-tail exam. These future veterinarians will learn how to sew stitches, remove ticks, make healthy treats, and vaccinate their dog, etc.
Little Doctor School
Students will role-play the key responsibilities of a doctor and learn about the heart, lungs, and digestion. These future doctors will also use real medical tools such as a stethoscope, reflex
hammer, and blood pressure cuff, and practice scrubbing, suturing, and tying surgical knots.
Babysitting 101 Workshop
Prepare for the world of babysitting!
Participants will receive an introduction to essential childcare, safety, and first aid for infants and children. They'll also explore the developmental stages of infants through school-age children and create age-appropriate activities. Topics include health, nutrition, sleep patterns for different developmental ages, hands-on practice of the Heimlich maneuver and EpiPen use, and crafting a babysitting advertisement for their future business.
Refund Policy
Cancellations received at least 7 days prior to activity start date receive a full refund, minus a 10% processing fee. Cancellations received less than 7 days prior to activity start date receive a 50% refund. There are no refunds for cancellations received less than 24 hours before activity start time. Exceptions will be made for illness.
