Retail Return Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from our Little Medical School Shop. If you are not entirely happy with your product, please review our return policy below:
- You may return items within 30 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange.
- Items must be in their original condition, unused, and with all tags attached.
- Returns without a receipt may be exchanged for store credit at the current selling price.
- Personalized or final sale items are not eligible for return unless they are damaged or defective.
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at sales@littlemedicalschool.com. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item received was damaged or incorrect.
