Little Doctor School

Little Medical School - Tampa Bay presents our community’s newest future doctors! Through hands-on activities and role-plays, students will take on the role of a doctor and learn about the vital organs that make up the human body. Throughout the program, participants will become different medical professionals by specializing in and exploring new body systems. Students will engage in role-plays, create demonstrations of the body to learn how it works, and understand the important role doctors play in preventing, diagnosing, and treating illness and injury. These future doctors will practice using real medical tools including a stethoscope and reflex hammer and have hands-on experience learning first aid in emergency situations. Little Doctor School includes daily take-home projects and tools the students will use and create throughout their learning journey. At the conclusion of the program, families are invited to attend a ceremony where participants will demonstrate their new skills and graduate with their own student white coat, stethoscope, and diploma.
