Teen Medical School Part I
September 4, 2025 @ 12:00 am - June 19, 2026 @ 5:05 pm

Do you have a future doctor in the making?
Teen Medical School is an exciting after-school enrichment program where students in grades 6–8 take a deep dive into advanced topics in medicine through hands-on activities, real tools, and interactive learning. In this after-school enrichment program, teens will:
- Explore blood, its components, functions, how diseases affect it, and even make their own model of blood.
- Learn about the heart, its sounds, the history of stethoscopes, and how EKGs help doctors monitor heart health.
- Scrub in like a surgeon, practice sterile techniques, tie surgical knots, and learn how surgical teams work together.
- Understand the skin, its layers, common disorders like pimples and warts, and how doctors treat them.
- Dive into digestion, follow the entire digestive process, and learn what happens when it goes wrong.
Students will receive their own doctor’s tools and white coats, and will graduate with a personalized Little Medical School® diploma during our informal end-of-program ceremony.
