"Hi, my name is Mackenzie! I hold a Bachelor of Child Health from Brock University and am passionate about making science fun, interactive, and accessible for all learners. I enjoy teaching a variety of Little Medical School programs, especially Doctor and Forensic Science, and love creating engaging, movement-based lessons that keep kids excited to learn. I also enjoy adding a creative, personal touch to each class so that every session feels unique and tailored to the group. I joined Little Medical School to combine my love for working with children, teaching, and science. A fun fact about me is that the first book I ever read was a first aid manual!"
Abby Taylor
LMS Instructor
"Hi my name is Abby I am currently a certified Primary care Paramedic. Last summer I graduated as a PCP and started work with little medical school for our summer camps. I always knew I loved to teach but I wasn’t sure how that would fit into my passion for medicine. One fun fact about me is that I hope to teach paramedic courses one day, as I had many good mentors that taught me how rewarding teaching can be. My favourite program ever to teach is STEM Careers! I love to add emergency medical training so your child can take charge and feel confident when dealing with emergency situations while also teaching them how fun it is to be a paramedic! Overall, i have a huge passion for emergency medicine and teaching so my time at LMS has been more than rewarding. I look forward to teaching your kids about their special interests or introducing them to a profession they might love."

When I was younger, I actually worked for a company called Magical Parties for Children, where I dressed up as a princess and hosted birthday parties—which is probably where my love for working with kids began! My favorite programs to teach at Little Medical School are Teen Medical School and Little Doctor: Future Physicians, because I love helping students explore real medical concepts in a fun and exciting way. I’m passionate about health education, mentorship, and inspiring young people to follow their interests in healthcare.
