We are looking for motivated individuals to lead a series of one hour classes featuring interactive demonstrations, crafts and games, which will teach kids how the body and organs work, know the instruments that real doctors use, apply first aid procedures, tie knots like real surgeons and much more!

Branch Manager:

Promotes/markets and oversees the operation of the Little Medical School or other educational endeavors of Little Medical School by executing the courses as developed; monitoring, assisting with, and providing a safe environment conducive to learning, keeping staff informed in the process.

Key Duties

  • Finalizes and confirms agreements to provide Little Medical School courses. Books and tracks commitments to provide courses with schools and other customers
  • Works with upper management as necessary, to identify, recruit, and train instructors for the Little Medical School, ensuring that all instructors are thoroughly qualified to instruct at their assigned venues.
  • Schedules instructors to present Little Medical School courses, by maintaining an up-to-date listing of qualified instructors. Establishes a back-up plan to provide coverage of all Little Medical School courses. Teaches classes, if necessary.
  • Interfaces with instructors to facilitate the pick-up and delivery of materials used in Little Medical School courses.
  • Maintains safe, secure, and healthy educational environment by establishing, following, and enforcing established written standards and procedures; complying with legal regulations

Branch Coordinator:

Key Duties

  • Meet with prospective parents to explain admission procedures, curriculum, fee structure and regulations in order to ensure prospective parents enrol their children at the school through meeting parnets on branch or online interaction.
  • Maintain an accurate record of all places available at the school and an up to date waiting list that details students who wish to be enrolled
  • Update, maintain and manage the student information database ensuring that up to date information is available on a daily basis.
  • Ensure schools’ policies, procedures and codes of conduct are followed at all times and ensure all audit items are addressed in a timely manner.
  • Perform other duties as requested by direct and dotted reporting line managers/supervisors.

Instructors:

Get paid to lead interactive health and medicine related classes for Pre-K to Middle School students.

An instructor is responsible for the supervision and management of the classroom while supporting Little Medical School® goals and outcomes. Working with the afterschool coordinator, the instructor carries out daily activities, provides feedback on the program and activities, and ensures the safety and physical well-being of the children.

Key Duties

  • Integrate learning technology into teaching programs, as required by the curriculum.
  • Creating a welcoming and youth friendly classroom space
  • Ensuring a safe and healthy environment
  • Providing positive interaction with students with an emphasis on health and science
  • Picking up and returning supplies to the LMS coordinator
  • Providing parents with constructive feedback and answer their queries about their kids future.

All training is provided, and scheduling is flexible. You only teach the classes that fit in your schedule.

  • Hours worked will vary depending on the number of classes/parties/camps taught
  • Hourly pay as an independent contractor

Marketing Specialist:

The desired candidate must have a good understanding of the Pre- K-12 education audience and the ability to analyze market data and make informed decisions. This role requires excellent communication, writing and project management skills, and an understanding of all aspects of marketing from website and SEO to content, paid digital, email, social, events and more.

Key Duties

  • Lead digital and print marketing campaigns from the idea stage through their implementation and evaluation.
  • Present new and innovative online advertising opportunities and initiatives that have the potential to drive results.
  • Coordinate execution of the marketing plan ensuring all deliverables are completed on time, on budget, and of the highest quality.
  • Review and proofread all print and digital collateral for quality, brand alignment and messaging consistency.
  • Serve as liaison with internal creative designers on marketing campaigns.
  • Activate marketing programs, including social media and digital campaigns.
  • Use ongoing campaign analysis to provide better targeting and more cost-effective campaigns.
  • Create targeted lists for campaigns through data mining and segmentation of internal and external databases. Manage customer database.

Assistant Instructors :

Earn credit for your classes or community service by working as an assistant instructor or Junior Instructor.

Key Duties

  • Provides instruction related support services under the direction of teachers
  • Assists in the supervision of students during class sessions
  • assists students in understanding and completing classroom assignments
  • Instruction including hands on and theory, classroom management, and administrative tasks that may include reports, syllabus and lesson plan development.
  • Recommend adequate laboratory facilities/equipment for assigned course.
