Absolutely! Your child’s safety is a top priority for Little Medical School of Manhattan. Each instructor and volunteer must pass a thorough background check before being hired or allowed to teach classes.
The great thing about this is YOU get to decide where to have your party! The possibilities are virtually endless! We will come to a location of your choice to lead a fun-filled, unique and educational program for your child’s birthday. Previous locations have included — country clubs, recreational centers, neighborhood clubhouses, churches, homes, etc.

We follow the Mixed-Aged Grouping teaching philosophy. Mixed-Aged Grouping allows the teacher to focus on teaching each child according to his or her own strengths, unlike in same-grade classrooms that often expect all children to learn at the same pace. The spirit of cooperation and caring in this environment makes it possible for children to help each other as individuals, not see each other as competitors and often allows the older children to have the opportunity to serve as mentors and to take leadership roles.
We have specific courses, Little Medical School 1 PREK, Little Veterinary School for PREK, and Little Nutrition School for PREK. All three courses are focused on lessons and techniques for 4-5 year old students.
No! Any course can be attended at any time.
Visit our registration page to look for public venues. They will be noted as such.

Potential Instructors
An ideal instructor is anyone currently enrolled in the medical field and loves working with children. Current college enrollment
or completion is fine. Any healthcare related education is definitely a plus: nursing, paramedic, PA, medical student, etc.
We also welcome teachers/education majors with an interest in children and healthcare as well.
