These cards are designed to help teachers and science leaders spark curiosity about healthcare careers while reinforcing science, health, and critical thinking skills. Each card introduces a unique profession, what they do, tools they use, and an open-ended question that connects learning to real-world healthcare.
Use them in your classroom, STEM lab, or after-school setting to bring medicine, public health, and compassion-driven science to life.
How to Use the Cards
1. Career Exploration Rotations

Place cards at different tables or stations around your classroom.

Have students rotate every 3–5 minutes and discuss the prompts with a partner.

Option: Give each group one “medical case” or real-world scenario that connects to the card they’re reading.
2. Reflection Prompts

Choose one card at random and use the student prompt as a short journal reflection.

Example: “What clues would you look for if people in your town started getting sick?” ? builds scientific reasoning before your main lesson.
3. Healthcare Career Wall

Display laminated cards on a bulletin board or poster titled “Careers In Healthcare”.
