Registration

How do I register for camps and programs?
To register for our programs and camps, you will require to sign up for Smart Rec by Amilia.
  • When you click on the registration button down below, you can start creating your account.
  • Please note: The account owner must be the parent/guardian and cannot be in the student’s name
  • Once your account has been created and verified, click on your email address (top right of your screen), and go to My Account
  • Click on ‘Add Family Members’, and enter the student’s details, your address and contact information. You are all set! 
  • If you already have an account with Amilia Smart Rec, you will be able to log in.
  • You can now choose your program/camp, add them to the cart and select the child you want to register.

Do I need to sign the waivers and fill the forms each time I register?

When you register, you must fill out a form that has the following informations:

  • Demographic data about your child (name, age, etc).
  • Emergency and pick up contacts.
  • Medical and allergy history.
  • Waiver of liability.
  • Consent forms.

All of this information is valid for 1 year. 

I’m in the process of registering my child, and it’s prompting me to enter an access code. Could you please guide me on where to obtain the code?

Certain programs and camps are specifically designed for students enrolled in particular schools.

To participate, you’ll need to obtain an access code from your school representative.

Important information

Certain camps/programs are facilitated through our partners, and registration is managed on their platform. You will be directed to their registration platform, where Little Medical School promo codes, special discounts, and refund policies won’t be applicable. Additionally, promo codes won’t apply to classes requiring an access code.

Look out for the link symbol  to identify registrations handled by our partners.

On the other hand, some camps/programs are handled and managed directly by Little Medical School. In these cases, our promo codes, special discounts, and refund policies will be applicable.

Regardless of the registration process, rest assured that the quality and delivery of content for your child will remain unaffected.

What is your refund policy?

You can receive a full refund up to 30 days before the camp/program. Store credits are available up to 2 weeks before the start date, with a complete credit placed on your account for future use. No refunds or credits will be issued after these deadlines.

What is your cancellation policy?

We need a minimum of eight students per program/camp. Therefore, there is a possibility of cancellation if we don’t meet the required number of students. In the event of cancellation, you will be notified one week before the scheduled start date.
